NWG Social Feed ("the app") is operated by New World Group. Our clients use it to connect their Instagram Business or Creator account so we can display their recent Instagram posts on the websites we build for them.

Information we access

When you log in with Instagram and approve the instagram_business_basic permission, the app can read:

• Your Instagram user ID, username, name and profile picture
• Your published posts: media URL, media type, caption, permalink and date

We do not access your messages, comments, followers, insights, or any other data, and we never post or make changes on your behalf.

How we use it

The information is used only to display your own recent posts on your own website. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any other purpose.

Storage and retention

This app does not store your Instagram data or access token in a database. After you connect, the app gives you an access token which you send to your New World Group contact to configure the feed on your website. Access tokens expire after 60 days unless refreshed.

Removing access and deleting your data

You can remove the app's access at any time from Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites. Once removed, the token stops working and your posts will no longer be loaded. See Data Deletion for how to request deletion of any data.
